Often, your best ideas can come when travelling, such as in the train on the way to work or college. Make sure you dont leave them behind. The VN-480 PC lets you save them straight away and later transfer them to the PC. But even if theres no time to download the files, dont worry, this lightweight model can record over 8 hours in the memory-saving LP (Long Pay) mode.

To make sure you dont forget any important appointments, just record a note and set an alarm to sound at a specified moment. This model even has a timer function allowing you to programme a time for the device to automatically start and stop recording. It is also supplied with a tie-clip microphone, which leaves your hands free to flick through reports or books while dictating notes; and earphones, allowing you to listen to your recordings in private.
